    Mitch Hawkins

Hi Jack & other member of the PLP Coach Academy.

My name’s Mitch. I currently live and grew up in a little town called Maffra in Gippsland, VIC.

I’m currently working for AFL Victoria in Participation. Looking to develop my skills and knowledge in all things S&C. I have an interest in running, from distance to team sports and all that they involve. I would love to work with athletes from both ends of the spectrum to help them develop qualities relevant to their sport. In the next 30 days I hope to have a plan and a platform to post online content, with the bigger goal being a business that is bringing in +75% of the income through online clients.

    Matt Newbold

    Hi guys.
My name is Matt Newbold and I’m an aspiring strength & conditioning coach located in the Northern Suburbs of Victoria.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree from RMIT University in 2018 and have been working full time in the fitness industry since.

I’ve held a variety of different roles and worked for multiple sporting teams / gyms and businesses. I’m currently in a full time position as Head Coach at Body Fit Training in Watsonia and love it.

Right now, I’m hoping to launch an online coaching business to compliment my full time position and help those in need.

My mission statement is to work along side likeminded individuals and help them get the very best out of themselves in all aspects of life. I have a passion for strength & conditioning, and I want to use my knowledge and experience to help both athletes and the everyday person achieve their goals. I want to help create fantastic athletes / performers, but also want to help people become the best person / parent / friend / colleague they possibly can.

In the future, I would potentially love to pursue a career in elite sport, working with an AFL club as a Strength & Conditioning coach.

I would like my online business to fast-track the process of becoming a home-owner, and to help provide a security and a successful future for my family.

    Thanks guys,
