Day 21: Kicking challenge from Ben
Day 22: No artificial sugar 
Day 23: Run dynamic drills 
Day 24: Jess Nutrition challenge 2.0
Day 25: Kicking challenge from Ben 2.0
Day 26: Flush session: massage/bike or swim
Day 27: 10 min Ice bath/beach recovery 
Day 28: Get to sleep by 10pm 
Day 29: Go for a 20min walk think about how your spending your day self audit, how much time are watching TV, playing video games, compared to learning or practising your craft
Day 30: Post a video on your IG story posting your biggest takeaway from the 30 day challenge and tag PLP
Day 27: 10 min Ice bath/beach recovery
